The new harvest of Indian amaranth is reaching European ports these\u00a0days. Peruvian amaranth from, crop 2023 is expected to arrive in\u00a0Europe by the end of August.
\nHi-quality Peruvian amaranth, particularly well suitable for the\u00a0production of puffed amaranth due to its white color and excellent\u00a0expanding behavior in puffing, is currently noted at attractive\u00a0price levels\u00a0which are not significantly higher than the standard quality from\u00a0India.<\/p>\n
