Lentil flour has all good nutritional properties of its basic products – healthy lentils. This gluten free flour type is a colourful alternative to traditional flours like wheat flour adding extra protein to pasta, bakery etc. Extra-fine grinding goes together with absence of artificial additives or enhancers for pure organic food.
