According to the market report by the German Farmers’ Association (Deutscher Bauernverband), business in Germany grew noticeably. In 2025, private-label organic brands from retail chains once again proved to be the driving force behind this trend. Market Update: Amaranth
The amaranth harvest in India took place in March 2026. Since the cultivation areas there shrank significantly, available volumes for this year are tight. We therefore advise you to secure your requirements with us promptly.
Market update Quinoa
In South America, the new quinoa harvest is underway through April and May. While forecasts look solid, local currency concerns as well as rising costs for energy and ocean freight are clouding the outlook. We recommend securing your volumes from our warehouse now, as prices are currently still attractive.
Global Outlook
